Killowen, Co Waterford
Flood is set on a summer's evening in the town of Killowen, which is holding a Medieval Music Festival. The Grand Finale of the festival is the opening of a recently discovered underground passage. Three people in elaborate costume, two locals and a French pastry chef from Killlowen's twin town in Normandy, embark on a journey through the warren of caves running under the town.
